The
three main aims of the Poppleton Tennis Club are to encourage enjoyable
informal and organised social play, to offer competitive events through
internal and external matches and to provide opportunities to both
young people and adults to improve their tennis and gain greater
enjoyment through coaching and development.
Three new artificial grass courts are now complete and are receiving good reports from both match and social players.
Membership
rates have been held at an affordable level again this year despite
rising costs. Special rates for families. Fees due in April 2009
